PESTMATCH.CO.UK provides an online platform introducing homeowners to pest controllers. We do not provide pest control services.
2. Homeowner Responsibilities
Homeowners agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Communicate directly with pest controllers
- Make their own hiring decisions
3. Pest Controller Responsibilities
Pest controllers must:
- Hold valid insurance
- Hold relevant qualifications
- Provide accurate information
- Communicate professionally
4. Payments
Homeowners never pay PESTMATCH.CO.UK
Pest controllers pay a monthly subscription after their first three allocated jobs.
5. Liability
PESTMATCH.CO.UK is not responsible for:
- Work quality
- Pricing
- Damages
- Disputes
- Misconduct
6. Cancellation & Refunds
PESTMATCH.CO.UK operates a strict no-refund policy.
Cancellation rules:
- Cancel on or before the 15th of the month ends 1st of the following month
- Cancel after the 15th of the month ends 1st of the month after next
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
